Antea Group –Consultant​

  • EHS Management Systems: Assisted a Fortune 100 aerospace manufacturing company with designing, developing and implementing a centralized global EHS management system.​

ESIS (CHUBB Insurance) – Consultant​

  • Change management: Developed and implemented a new methodology for a international chemical company to address high-hazard chemical exposures at 27 locations in the US, EU and South America​
  • Data analytics: Performed detailed analysis on claims loss data to identify leading causal factors for incidents. Based on this data, Katie guided the client to implement proactive solutions to reduce incidents and injuries.

Bureau Veritas  – Consultant​

  • Emerging technologies: A national financial services firm had a high rate of repetitive use injuries..  Katie developed a program of online video assessments. This program helped to significantly reduce ergonomic related injury claims within six months of implementation.​​
