Post-Offer, Pre-Employment Evaluations.
Does Your Employee Fit the Job?

After an initial job offer, an employer often sends the candidate for a post-offer medical evaluation. These evaluations can be helpful for an overall picture of health but rarely address the candidate’s ability to safely perform the physical demands of the job. When the candidate’s physical abilities are not well matched to the physical demands of the job, injuries are more likely to occur.

Presented by Dr. Steven Crawford (M.D., C.I.M.E.), the webinar explains the concept of a post-offer, pre-employment physical demand evaluations and how these evaluations can reduce injuries and drive down medical costs.
